"Over the last 35-plus years, Rich Boroway has been the singular force that has sustained our fraternity. There is no one more responsible for the experience that hundreds of brothers have had at Delta Chapter. Rich had an amazing way of providing guidance for our actives while still encouraging them to develop their own solutions. As a mentor, he always wanted them to have the experience of learning for themselves and to grow as leaders. I cannot imagine anyone who believed “in the usefulness of my fraternity, in its influence, and its accomplishments” or who did more to “perpetuate its ideals."
